Hi gang, my name is Noel. Been a member of the community for about a month now. This site was . . .God himself led me to this site. That's all I can say. I filed chap. 7 in 8/05 and ran into payday loan trouble as I was trying to do the right thing. (Long story, better left unsaid.) I searched the net for something like this, but didn't find it for months. Had I known about it back in, oh, October of '05, I'd be outta debt by now as I would've known that I had options. I didn't know that I had options. It's so great to know that you're amongst friends, others who've been down the road and are only too willing to offer advice to those of us that need it. Now that is truly the awesomeness of this board. People want to help because they know the struggles. I only hope that my experiences will help someone in the future.
Interests? Sports, building hand crafted furniture. Why hand crafted? Anybody can flip the switch on a "Skil" saw and cut a straight line. The same with a table saw, radial arm saw, router, etc . . .But to be able to create something that you can use just by using hand tools and brain power is true bliss. Yeah, it takes a little longer, but it's what you learn along the way.
I love cats ladies. I hope that doesn't de-masculanize me or something. LOL! Why cats? Never liked cats until abut 1986 when I lived with ex girlfiend. She wanted a cat, I was in love (spelled L-U-S-T. LOL!) so I agreed. Now I can't live without 'em. Why? Because they are awesome creatures. A dog wouldnt hold my interest. Cats communicate and tell you things in the most peculiar of ways. I love 'em and will probably own one until the day I croak.

Hi notell,

Welcome to forums :D

I like your hobbies..it's very interesting indeed. You are right notell, one can learn a lot if the things are done manually.

Hi notell,

We are so glad to have you here as a part of our little community!!! Hand crafted furniture is one of my future hobbies...once the kids get older, that is definitely high on my list of fun stuff to learn!

And...guys who love cats are HOT in my opinion ;)

Welcome Noel on the board! :D

I am sure that you will learn many other good things on this board and it will be helpful to you. You gotta hold your chair and stay tuned.

What kind of sports do you like? I love to see the professional bull riding shows. Guess, I have my nerve out when I see those riders balancing themselves over the bull with just one hand. And the wackiest kicks are simply the greatest pain in the butts

I'm with Mary. Guys who love cats are supersexy and sweet. My husband had dander allergies, so we don't have any pets, but he is a cat magnet and I am a cat lover. When we visit his parents in Denmark, they always let their neighbors cat in and she runs directly over to my husband and makes herself at home on him! It's so adorable it wins me over every time! On Valentines Day, we went to a man's house to take a firearm safety course from him, and he has a cat, and he was surprised to see the cat approaching him, because he said the cat never approaches strangers! I laughed and told him how cats just flock to my husband!
If you ever find yourself dating a woman who does not absolutely love cats, dump her! She has no soul!
