You absolutely need to contact the Attorney General Office for the state where you reside. You will need to supply all documentation sent to as well as received from these internet companies. They are taking these complaints and inquiries very seriously. We can all put an end to this.

There are lots of loan scams happening in the internet these days. For knowledge, everyone must know that no legitimate loan company will ask for an upfront amount. If there are any fees, it will be charged only after the loan amount has been deposited in the applicant's account.

Secondly, everyone must be very sure about the reliability of the company. Check for the sites that collect the consumers' data in the most secure and safest and way. These sites will be represented by a lock symbol at the status bar in your window.

You must also research on a particular company at the BBB, FTC as well as the local consumer protection office. They maintain the records of all the companies and we will be able to figure out the legitimate ones.
