I am writing because I to am getting harrassing phone calls from this company saying that I took a $200 loan out in May and I owe them $1,300 becasue it hasn't been paid. He says that his name is Mike and his number is: 1-800-670-4075 ext. 5320. He says that if I pay him 200 today, 200 in two weeks, 200 in another two weeks then my account will be paid in full. What do I need to do? Thanks.

You need to request an itemized statement proving why you owe $1300.00 for a $200.00 loan. Then once you receive the itemization, then get it in writing how the payments are to be made.

Brat is right. Do not make a payment until you have an itemized statement from the company. Do you have the agreement signed with Cash Today? If not, insist them to send you the copy so that you can understand the interest calculations and other things that should be known to you.
Many people here have been complaining about Cash Today making unauthorized debits in their checking account. Be pro active before you give your personal information to them.
