Hi, I am 20 years old and have a lot of debt, I got this debt because I wasn't working at the time so bills piled up. Now that I am working I would like to get a loan to pay off all my debt and just pay back the loan each month. Where can I find a good loan without sky high interest rates while having bad credit? Thanks

Just like I said in my previous post, it won't be a good move to take a loan for paying the past debts. Low credit scores will catch the highest rates of interest and maximum amount of your hard earned money will be going towards interests only. Also, you will be required to keep something as collateral for this loan. In case there is a default, a risk will always be there of losing the property.

If you take a loan, you will also be multiplying your overall expenses. You will be paying the interest twice and that will be wastage of your hard earned money.

Consolidation program is the best way of solving your past debt related problems. In such programs, you do not require any property to be pledged as security. The interest rates are also lower with many repayment options. Besides, the most beneficial factor is that all the debt accounts get combined into one amount. This minimizes the risk of defaulting with your creditors as you will have to draw only one check. The counselor in this program will notify your creditors that you have taken this service and will be regular in your payments. He will also negotiate with them to reduce the total debt amount. Most of the financial charges and the late payment fees will get eliminated in this program. Take a free counseling and discuss your repayment options with the expert. He will suggest you better ways of achieving a debt free life. I have taken the service of this website and am getting satisfactory results. All my debts are getting paid to my creditors and I am sure to improve my credit file soon. Register yourself in the site for a free counseling.
