Is there a specific amount you have to be in debt before you can get services because I only have 7k in debt, but im only covering finance charges so it doesnt move :oops:

Thats about where I was,and Im now in a consolidation program,take the consultation and they will let you know how it works.Alot of creditors will lower interest,I know three of my payday loan companies are only making me pay the orignial loan amount and are not adding any more interest.Good Luck.

My consultant did not set a minimum amount to get started with the program. I have heard the same thing from others as well.

The consultant will be calling you to discuss your debt related issues and offer easy repayment options. He will call your creditors and negotiate for a lower amount. Your total amount will be divided into easy monthly installments so that there is no risk of defaulting on it. Hopefully, this is going to be the right move for you towards achieving a debt free life.
