702 number used by Sallie Mae

I keep getting calls from sallie mae and this 702 number 20+ times/day. I am sure that it is the two payments that they say that i owe WHILE I WAS IN I-FRIKINRAQ fighting a war. I was on an active duty deferrment but they say that one only gets that for one year. It is high time that i let JAG handle them.

Write a letter requesting a statement of this account for review. Send your letter certified so that the delivery is ensured. In case, the company decides to take the matter to the court, you will have proof of trying to settle the matter. You won't be charged if you have shown your responsibility.
