I just sent you the information through PM. Please have a look.

Have a talk with your lenders and let them know that you are using a consolidation program. The consultant will be dealing with them and you will make the payments regularly towards your accounts.

Some lenders do not want to work with the consolidation companies in the beginning. Don't worry! After they have received a couple of payments towards the account, everything will be fine.

patricejoy7, have a look in your PM. I have sent you the information. Talk to your lenders that you are enrolling in a consolidation program. The consultant will negotiate with them for a lower payoff and your repayment process will become easier.

Hopefully, you will be able to come out of this payday loan trap through the program. I will advise you not to take a payday loan in the future as you might have realized its consequences. These are just a temporary solution and if you default, they make the situation even worse.

Sheila, can you register in this website so that I can send you the information? You need to log in as a member here for receiving the PM.

mwallace29, I just sent you the information through PM. Like I have been saying to others, explain your financial situation to your lenders. Tell them that you are unable to pay the set amount at present, but you will pay more after your financial position improves.

Most of the lenders are willing to work on these arrangements. Offer them an amount that you can realistically pay. Stick to the plan come out of the payday loan mess.

Okay, I have been trying to locate Debt Doctor and located them under Bahamas Marketing Group and they are claiming that they don't have anything to do with payday loans. So I need some advise. Do I go ahead and keep sending T&C the payment for them and let it keep accumulating or pull Debt Doctor out and put the money toward another one? Jessica at T&C said that they have no problem issuing a letter stating that they haven't responded to faxes for an address for payment. Should I have T&C go ahead and send me the letter?
