Mortgage Companies who's good?

Hi everyone. Hope everyone's fine. Still trying! :) Here's the thing ,ok we have a list that has BAD Debt collection agencies. Now is there a BAD Mortgage companies list. Like I heard and my mother in law heard on the news that Ameriquest wasn't a good mortgage loan place to try. She heard they did alot of illegal things.? So who's who?? Now did anyone ever hear of these 3 places:
US Financial Group, Inc...HomeQuotes 1-2-3..Christian family loans. And can anyone give me a list or someone that we can try for a refi loan. My hubby said we will try one more time to get one he said it can be alot of them at once but if we get declined from them all then he's giving up. :( :!: So can anyone tell me of those 3 and if there is any others we can try. Any help would be greatly appreciated :!: Thanks.

I don't know anything about any of those three. And the only thing I know about Ameriquest is that they send me mail like twice a week trying to get me to go with them. I trash it. So I don't know anything about them. We refinanced our 'original' home loan (not a second mortgage) with Aames. They are really good. We had started off with another company but found out that Aames had a good interest rate and we could pay off our home faster going through them. I think we have about seven years left. Aames has been real good.

Maybe someone else will be along shortly that knows something about the three names you listed. sorry I wasn't a real big help.
