Never go through Clout credit card service. They are really screwing me over, i can sense it. I didn't go over exact numbers yet, but everytime i look at past account records online, the numbers keep going up. I haven't recieved a statement in the mail for months. They drew funds from one of my checking accounts without me authorizing it and said that it was part of the "overlimit plan" but they told me to SEND in the payment by the 1st of Feb. So I never messed with the overlimit plan or set anything up by calling the number they gave me because I got by student refund check and put down $400 dollars which would have gotten me about $200 under. But no, a week later I recieve an overdraft in the mail and investigate my account online. The balance was still overlimit by about $140 and they withdrew $151 from my other bank account and charged me $39. I called to dispute and the lady seemed to come up with every excuse why I was charged and why she couldn't undo it. She eventually did. Now I am trying to get them to pay my overdraft and everytime I call they either hang up while "transferring" my call or tell me some bogus crap. they gave me a false fax number and a fake name for a supervisor to send my bank statement. I called back and I was asked if the account was overlimit then my call was "transferred" again to a hang up. They messed with the wrong girl and if this continues I'm taking them down. Any advice to go about it nicely?

Clout Financial Services is holding a satisfactory record with Better Business Bureau. Is this the same company you are talking about?

They cannot withdraw money from your account without your authorization. However, check the papers of agreement, if any. Is there any ???Overlimit Plan??? indeed? What does it say?
