If any one has recieved a call from Don Freedman stating he was with the compliance bureau of Wyoming and threating you and asking to speak with your Attorney he is with Interstate Compliance call the Federal Trade Commision at 877-382-4357 and file a complaint

I would recommend anyone receiving calls from Interstate Wire Compliance to make a complaint with your local AG, as well as the BBB.

If possible, record any information that comes into your home from this company. It has been mentioned that this is owned by another attorney that isn't suppose to be opearting, and they are avoiding the law by opening up other companies with different names.

Regards-
Mike

I received a call from them as well. They said they have 3 affadavits against me for wire fraud, because I closed my account. They said they were representing Premier Processing. They want me to pay $805. My original payday loan with Premier was $300 plus a $90 fee. At first I was just going to pay it, because it scared me, but then I started reading some of the posts on this site about them, and now I am not answering their calls.

I am in the process of consolidating with T & C and I have Premier listed as one of my outstanding payday loans.

Tradegirl,

Ask your counselor to take care of this issue. Since this company has been placed under the program already, as you said, your creditors are getting money from your consolidator. So this collection call has no base at all. Make sure that you receive documents of payments made to your creditor.

If CA calls you again, refer them to your counselor.

You are going to be okay. You're not going to get arrested. But please make sure you make your complaints to the BBB, the FTC, and the AG in your state. This company needs to get shut down.

This item may continue to appear on your credit report, so perhaps you could try contacting the original creditor and see who is suppose to be handling this account. If they name Interstate, you could go into detail about how they are violating the law.

Till the item gets sold off to another new agency, it's going to just sit there. So if you're willing to sink to their level and pay it, or you could wait until a legitiment agency buys the account from them.

Yes they have broke many fdcpa laws. The clls I received from Florida. I reported them to the AG and just received the paperwork to officially file a complaint. I will be filing. They threatened to come to my work and arrest me.

Report it with the AG's office and let's get these people stoppped.
