Donnie,Please sign up to the site and you can get a free consultation, with a consolidation program, you will be paying one monthly amount for all you debts, and the consolidation company will work at getting fees dropped and interest lowered.Click on the Home link and it will get you to the registration area. You can also call 18009237146.

Donnie,

You can place any of your unsecured debts under this program, whatever is the status of the account. Your counselor will negotiate with your creditors and work out a payment plan for you. Once your creditor starts getting payments, your account will be reported as current again.

However, if your creditor has filed lawsuit against you and your case is under court, probably no consolidation company will be interested to work with you. Your accounts are late for 2 years already. So it will be better for you to enter into the program before it is too late. Hope this helps.
