Credit Report shows open account

I show that my account states open. this card should be closed.

It seems that you have paid the balance but the account is still showing as open. You have to contact your creditor and request them to report your account properly. Perhaps they will ask you to perform some formalities.
BTW, why are you trying to close the account? It is true that too many open accounts in credit report is not good, however, by closing your credit card account you will reduce the ratio of debt to available credit. It might hurt your score. So be selective before closing open accounts and do not close all of them at once.
