Quickpayday
Payday-loan-online-to-1000
worldwidecashnow
paydayok
paydayselect

Can you give me an address for T & C? I have alot of payday loans out and need help immediately.

Cashnet will do consolidation. They did with me. They kept faxing me when I first defaulted on the loan and entered into debt consolidation. They sent me a few e-mails too. They have never responded to any correspondence I sent to them. They have been quiet ever since. They do have an unsatisfactory record with the BBB.

Who are they and how can I contact them? I am trying to contact Apollo Funding as well and have not been able to find them. Has anyone ever heard of Easy Leasing and are they legitimate?

Does anyone have phone numbers for these rip off companies that make sure you can't find them? I know other payday companies go under several differnt names. Anyone know the above companies by any other names? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your answer on SJM Marketing. How does everyone do it? I literally have nothing left of my paycheck. All of it goes to repaying these loans. Then you have to borrow more to pay the real bills like, food, rent/mortgage, gas, etc.

Carole, did you verify the loan statement from SJM Marketing? Chances are that you might have already paid the principal amount as well as the interests. But the company has not notified about it and is making the debits. You need to stop them and verify the account before sending further money. If the account has been paid in full, get it in writing.

Hey received nasty little e-mail from 500 fast cash denying refund. Saying not to contact them again. They will be contacted again. I overpaid this loan by 500.00 and I am hiring an attorney. I hope they are reading this site. I think we have some companies that are get ready you are going to court. KYSIDE38

I think I read previously that there is a way to combine all outstanding loans into one for easier payoff. Does anyone know about this or how to contact them?

Thanks!

Sond, a consolidation program combines all the unsecured debts into one monthly payoff suitable to your financial situation. The counselor also helps in reducing the interest rates and late fees from the total debt. This brings the debt to an affordable balance. Take a free counseling after registering in this website and enjoy the benefits of a consolidation program. If you feel satisfied with the consolidation plan, sign the contract with the counselor and get the program started. The benefits of the consolidation program are as follows.

I owe cashnet500 $30.00 so I did not put them on my consolidation plan with t & c now they are demanding $ 95.00 because I didn't give them my account information on time, which I understand they are angry about, but they now want my debit card info and thats the only way they will accept payment, they don't want money orders or anything else, just my debit card number, and the 3 digit number at the back. I can't afford to do the $ 95.00 they wanted on my next payday because I am paying t & c for all my others. they have told me that they have forwarded me to the legal department. I just don't feel that I can trust them with my debit card and don't understand why they won't let me pay in two payments, does anyone have any suggestions.

You need to talk with CashNet and get this amount negotiated. They will come with such charges anytime after the due date. If they sound hard, ask them to show the charges if they mentioned it in the contract when you signed with them. If you find it hard to negotiate with them, take some professional help and talk with a debt counselor.
