:x I am having huge problems with two payday loan companies. I am continually having my checking account debited for loans that I have with them. I cannot locate any contact information for either company, if anyone has anything for 500 Fast Cash or Payday Two Loans, please let me know. I don't know what to do to pay them off if I cannot contact the lender.

I am trying to get the address of Payday Two as it might be AKA name and not the corporate name. The address of 500 fast cash is:

500FASTCASH
515 GSE
Miami, OK 74354
Telephone: (888) 339-6669

500Fastcash
2533 N. Carson St.
Carson City, NV 89706
Telephone: 913-648-5858

I will advise you to close your checking account and stop all the future debits. Once the accounts are closed, the company will try to contact you for the payments. You can make the arrangements with them.

immediately go into your bank and change checking accounts. Speak to the manager or CSR, explain to them why you need to do it. Thenn once your account is changed, email/fax the lenders and state that you are immediately and permanently revoking your authorization for electronic withdrawal. Also state that if your loan agreement contained any voluntary wage assignment, it too is immediately and permanently revoked. Save copies of the letters/Emails.

Then as david said, you can make arrangements

PayDay Two is the sister company of Cashnet 500. You can call cashNet500 at 1-800-654-7444 then enter ext 546 (Kimberly).

Good Luck!

I have a loan with both of these companies. I have always been on time and have paid off a couple loans w/Cashnet prior, but have always had to reloan. I only have $100 to pay Cashnet off in full and put them behind me FOR GOOD. I owe $200 to Payday Two. I decided not to put them in my T&C consolidation since Cashnet is so close to being paid...didn't want to give them my new account info for that and then try to consolidate Payday Two since they would my new bank info. Make sense?

Anyways...I called them Tuesday to let them know that I had to close my checking account they had on file and give them my new account info. Explained that my direct deposit was switching to my new checking account, so I would receive a live paycheck this week via mail while the change took effect. Told them that I needed a ONE TIME extension until Monday for my payments so I could get my check in the mail and get it deposited. They told me that this was not possible -- PERIOD.

That made me so mad that I decided not to give them my new banking info b/c of this...dont want to start out my new account w/NSF fees on Friday b/c of these clowns. I called their complaint line (found on their website) today. A nice woman explained how their computer system worked and told me to call their Accounts Receivable dept. next Mon-Tues and make payment arrangements for the balanced owed after they try to debit my closed account.

I am hoping they will agree to let me pay Cashnet in two installments and Payday Two in four installments. We'll see. I made sure and had this gal note my file that I contacted HER about this matter and that I am not trying to default on my amounts owed. So...hopefully they will work with me.

This is all great advice. Be advised that PDL companies are notoriously bad. You must be sure that they are licensed to extend loans in your state. I have found two PDL companies that are not licensed, registered as a corporation or d/b/a in NM, OK, or CA. All these states require licenses to extend loans period. You can find out by going to your state's secretary of state website, they will be able to direct you.

Here's a important point, from my contracts class. All contracts, to be legal, must meet 4 requirements. They are: 1) offer; 2) acceptance; 3) consideration; and 4) legality. If the PDL company you are dealing with has meet all of these requirements expect one, the contract is null and void. In my case, the PDL company I was dealing with has no license to extend loans in CA. It does not meet element 4 - "legality" therefore, my contract with these companies (United Cash Loans and One Click Cash) are void.

I have filed a complaint with CA's Dept. of Corporations, OK's Dept. of Consumer Credit and NM's Dept. of Finance. I am a paralegal not a lawyer. To the extent you seek legal advice please seek one.

Mickela, you did the right thing. Now go and find out if they are in fact legal to operate. The Attorney General in your state my file suit against your PDL company.

Good luck all!

Jay

p.s. does anyone live in OK and if so, have you been extended a loan by United Cash Loan or One Click Cash? Please advise.

Believe it or not, I found 500 fast cash to be easy to work with. I submitted my wage revocation, then emailed them my settlement offer and then that was pretty much it.

I don't know why I had the success I did so quickly with them, but I think it helps to be firm, yet professional in your communications with them. If you just "go off" they don't react well to that.

Oh yeah, I also closed my bank account after a few weeks.
Good luck :)

I am dealing with 500 fastcash now. My loan was only for 150 yet they have taken over 200 out of my account. They have even cause my account to overdraw several times. I contacted them and they keep given me the run around. I have told my bank about the problem and they was willing to do a conference call with 500 fastcash. when i tried to set it up the number i had the rep told me it was the wrong department and when i ask for the correct number she told me they were close. I am in the process of closing my bank account

Okay, I just contacted the number posted at the top of this thread. I was told that if anyone has an account with them, you have to give them 3 business days to change your payment arrangements or increase the payment amount. Also you can send them payments exclusive of electronic withdrawals from your account through Western Union. Code City/Pinion, Code State/Kansas. Include your account number and due date. Then you have to call them 3 days before your next due date to stop them from withdrawing any payments.

I have received phone calls from 500 fast cash and I have asked them to send me over verification of the loan and there licensing documents in the state of RI. They told me they dont have to send me anything and that I am stalling I believe I have the right to see what I borrowed and what payments have been posted. In our state it is only legal for 2 rollovers and I believe that I have had several and the loan is paid for. They also told me that they will take action on my name and ssn what does this mean?

I need a FAX number for this company. I must fax them immediately a cease / desist letter to stop harrassing me at my job. I am a customer service person and am not allowed to receive personal calls unless it is an emergency and they continue to call me after I have requested them to stop. I also asked them to send me a copy of their license to operate in my state of MN. they refused to do so. I am asssuming it is because they are not licensed. Therefore I am going to assume on my end that my loan is null and void and I dare them to try to sue me.

There are NO laws stating you must pay these companies in the manner they request. If you owe them money and do not dispute that like myself you have the right to ask for an address to send a money order like I did. They refused to give me an address or any other documents I requested. That shows me that they are the ones being uncooperative and obviously have something to hide.

The fax number that I have for 500fastcash is 800-416-1619. I have an address for them in Nevada, don't know if it is correct.
2533 N. Carson St.
Carson City, NV 89706

I am not disputing that I owe them money either, just that I owe them like $400 less than they say that I do but when I told them so they told me that my settlement offer was ridiculous and they would not work with me either.

Thank you so very much. I am wondering how on earthe they think we are all dummies who cannot add. Also when money is debited from our accounts there is a paper trail for us there. So why do they continue to say we owe more than we do? Most of us take careful consideration of what comes out of our accounts. Anyway find out if they are even licensed to do business in your state. If not then loan is null and void no matter what also they have to take you to court in the state YOU live in not where they reside.

I am disabled and had a medical emergency and tried to borrow 150.00 fro 500 Fast Cash. I never got the money, and when I reported it - I was informed that I am still responsible for payment, as they claimed they sent it.

Long story short- I had to fax them my bank activity to prove it was never recieved. They tried to blame me and my bank. Everyone I spoke with or corresponded with was rude and incomepetent.

Ultimately, I decided to complain frequently by phone and e-mail threatening to sue them so they would drop me per elimination of annoyance.

At the end of the day... I got the last laugh.

I had a loan with 500 Fast Cash as well. I went to the website to try to pull up my account info and I couldn't get enough information. All it told me is what they loaned me.So when I went over my bank statements I noticed I had already paid them off and too much by $10. So I went to my bank and closed my account and reopened another one. I have learned my lesson with pdls and never will turn to them again in the time of financial need.

I got a call on my job from Marjorie with 500 fast cash telling me that I have default on my pdl. I only borrowed $200 with a $60 finance charge well my bank statements prove that they got $270 but she said that I still owed $398. She told me I had to call her back in 24 hours or she would have to send it to collections. What do I do?

Here's 500 FAST CASH number 1-800-804-0965.
Here are others that I've found:
1-800-430-2740
1-888-919-6669
1-800-430-2695
The first one listed is the one that I called and it worked.

With luck, they will just go away. I've got 3 pdl's - all MTE related - and we've gone round and round. The last thing was going through the BBB with them. I refused their "offer". Now I keep getting notes from the BBB saying they've never heard back from the companies and asking if I've heard from them. I respond "No haven't been in contact with them." I'm PRAYING they will just vanish. However, with my experience with them, they'll come and haunt me just when I think it's "safe". Kind of spooky to me, but at the same time, I don't want to hear from them. LOL!

I have only gotten one response from 500fastcash. They sent me an email with my email address and 2 others in the TO: line. My email service flagged it stating it carried a virus with a warning not to open. I deleted it and emailed them. They haven't responded but tried to debit my closed account again.

This organization is ridiculous. They are trying to collect on my loan (I closed my bank account and that made them mad-I got a new one, and they debited that without my permission) After the fraudulent debit I contact my bank and they reversed the charges, closed the account, and now the new account is on security watch. I have asked their representatives for the document stating they had my authorization to debit the new account number, and all I get is yelled at. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY OF THESE COMPANIES. Whether or not you have had a good experience in the past, it does not matter. Sooner or later they are going to flip on you and so something shady. CALL TIM ATKINS AT 1-800 or 888 I think 654-7444 and tell him you know he is a crook.

2 payday loans that my soon to be ex-husband took out when we seperated, using my info., 1 of them being 500 fastcash. were a nightmare. 500 fastcash called my boss and harrassed her. I retained an attorney and they will be settling out of court, per the last phone call from atty. Do not let yourself be harrassed. Hire an attorney. Getting a physical address is the hard part of it all. CashNet is the one that we found an address on and they are the ones that are settling, but next will be 500 FASTCASH because both were harrassing after they were told never to call my job again. Good luck.

This is terrible on their part. I feel you should first go to your bank and close your checking account. Then literally go to another bank and open your account there.

Once you close your account and the next time they try to deduct the money and they are unable to, they will themselves want to get in tuoch with you.

After they get in touch with you and you have their details, before replying to them go see a lawyer. And then send a reply through the lawyer.

Also you should be in a position to sue them for this harrassment as well!

I called my NJ state consumer affairs dept and they said 500Fast Cash has many complaints against them..I have now filed one, because I paid them over three times the original loan of $250 and I still owe more than the original loan...I emailed them and asked for an explanation and said if I didnt hear from them I would contact a lawyer..Now I cannot access my online statement and the office reps will not speak with me instead directing me to their Compliance Dept. You cannt get a person there a real person to speak with you..I've left several message wrote emails no response...So i called my NJ Consumer affairs and he told me how bad this company is..Any others with this problem??? PS I have paid on time every month.
