from what i read in the forums.. they begin contacting the lenders the same day they receive the retainer fee.. im also curious in finding out about payment information.. how soon after your fee do you start sending in payments to T&C?
Right away
I started sending in my payments the very next week. They will work with you based on your paydates when you will send money. I went ahead and sent payments before they had heard back from all my lenders. I guess when they received the ok back from the lenders they sent them the money I had already paid in. I try to keep in touch with them every couple of weeks to be sure things are on track. I also request a monthly statement to see the balance on my loans.

You said you haven't defaulted on any of your loans yet, but I'm curious to know if you've changed your account information with you financial institution? If the payday lendors refuse to work with T&C, they could still hit your account. I would ask your counselor regarding what type of action you should regarding this. You don't want any bad activity to happen while you're paying T&C and a payday lendor comes through and wipes your account clean by getting their money back.

Yes Mickey. I just had my account number changed today because my counselor told me that if I haven't defaulted yet, these companies pretty much won't discuss payment arrangements. They only will make arrangements if you have defaulted. So now when they try to hit my account on my next payday, they won't get anything. I am so excited to finally be able to get these people off my back. What they fail to understand is that we WANT to pay them back their money and be done with it but they make it impossible to do so.

Sonic is a very hard company to deal with. Even after you default, they explain their new repayment process which has to be done via MoneyGram. This is an apparent lie, because they will hit your account each payday.
Hello everyone, Just an update, I was able to freeze my account
Hello everyone,
Just an update, I was able to freeze my account but could not close it due to Sonic(what a joke) they hit my bank 2 times after I sent westren union payment of 200. 1 did not clear the other of 406 did. T&C are going to help me with the bank which because they let it go thur after I put a freeze on the account. I am 600+ overdrawn now. I will recieve a live check from my place of business, I made sure thur payroll. 3-24-06 is when I will get the check. with it I will send in my 155 to T&C to get the ball rolling, the lenders have already contacted me and I gave them the time frame when T&C will contact them. The rest of the check wil go to utilities and I1 loan that I pay on monthly, I will also open another account with a different bank (the bank I have now sense becoming Wachovia has messed me up). I made arrangements w/bank but sense they let the drafts go thur the arrangements are no good and they will not remove the fee's they charged, stating the drafts were put in before the freeze, however the girl @ the bank said they would stop any drafts and that there werenone pending ( I do belive I was lied to by her,but no solid proff).
Anyway as for the other problems w/pd loans most are willing to work with me. Even the Collection INSUREX which works for americredit (truck loan) that was voluntarily given back said they will work with T&C. Will now I have to go to work just letting everyone know my progress so far . ( It is hard to talk but with you, which have or now are in the same situtation that I am in.
THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH
