i was accepted for the loan for $4350.00 three questions after i send in the initial fee how loan does it take to receive the check and what is the interest and payment arrangement to pay back thank you

Who are you getting this loan from?Is it a payday loan?Payday loans come with huge interest,and must be paid back by you next payday,or they add the interest on again and again.............If you could give us alittle information,maybe we can help you without you having to get a payday loan.Please register for the group.

More often than not, if you have to send in a fee upfront, the loan is not legitimate. I would not be suprised discover you are the victim of a scam.

Francis applied for an advance fee loan and has paid $350 for a $4350 loan. Francis has not received the fund yet and is now out to do some research.

FTC has published an alert for advance fee loans. People should be more and more conscious about it. Francis, can you tell us who did you pay the money? Did you pay it through your bank? Keep us posted.

You need to immediately contact the police department and file a fraud report. How did you send the $350.00 fee? Next you need to alert the 3 major credit bureaus, contact your attorney general office and the consumer protection office in your state, contact the FTC. Have all paperwork ready to copy and incluse in all complaints filed. Contact the Financial Divison in the state that the loan company is claiming to be out of and notify them of what the company has done. I have been through this and I will help you in any way possible.

Also I forgot to add you also need to alert the Social Security office and let them know your ss# is in jeporty.
