More often than not, if you have to send in a fee upfront, the loan is not legitimate. I would not be suprised discover you are the victim of a scam.

Next you need to alert the 3 major credit bureaus, contact your attorney general office and the consumer protection office in your state, contact the FTC. Have all paperwork ready to copy and incluse in all complaints filed. Contact the Financial Divison in the state that the loan company is claiming to be out of and notify them of what the company has done. I have been through this and I will help you in any way possible.
