I recently received a letter from Payday OK indicating that my personal information may have been stolen. I called and they were hacked into and customer information had been stolen. Since then I had 3 payday companies, all related to FSM show up as deductions on my checking account. I called the companies and Payday ok and informed them that I had stopped payment and requested information from them indicating I had taken these loans out. Instead I received calls from our every so impudent Interstate wire Compliance Bureau.

I called the police and have a case number as well as my bank and found that the bank offers protection services that will help hold off the deductions and replace the monies lost. The total taken was $810.00.

I also found that if you follow the information on the letter from Payday ok, you will obtain insurance through Equifax that will better help you regain your money and a full year of credit monitoring to see if any one else has obtained your information. I encourage you to do as I have to save yourself a lot of hassles. :?

I called my bank on the phone as well as the police and gave them my statement and forced the case.

I did use the internet for the Equifax credit monitoring. On the back of the letter there is a series of numbers to put into the payment area of the 3 in 1 credit monitoring acceptance. This will pay for the monitoring for one full year ( all 3 bureaus) I have used this sight before and have had great success.

If you have any additional question I will monitor my emails once a day monday through friday.

I wish you luck.

How many times have you been called by these people? I paid this in full and still getting threatening phone calls from these people. They are demanding the full amount owed again.
