It's me again.....
I received a message at my office from a Mr. Wilson from Capitol Collections @ 888-579-8904. I tried calling it back and it just rings and rings, not even a voicemail that picks up. Does anyone out there have any information on this company? (i.e. are they legit, who are they, address, etc?) Any feedback will be very helpful and appreciated. Thank you.
