Information on USAA accounts

What kind of information are you looking for exactly? Not sure what your situation, but in my personal experience USAA has always been an organization that makes every attempt to take care of its customers/members. Do you have a delinquent account with them? Let us know what your situation is/what you are looking for and that will probably help us give you information more relevant to what you are looking for.

I have $14K in debt on credit cards. The interest rate of 24% is adding up fater than I can pay it off. Additionally, the monthly time to pay is changed so that I pay on the 1st of the month and they say I owe again on the 27th--thus a late charge and late payments to ruin my credit rating.
