Anyone else in VA dealing with One Click and/ or United Cash

I received an email from United Cash loans that, based on the fax I sent them last week and that I contacted legal assistance in VA, they are refunding me $300. Hey, it's better than nothing!! I think they are scared because they could be in for some serious fines from VA- $1000 per incident for lending to a VA resident, etc.

Just thought I would offer up some good news!

They forgave my loan after receving letter from Attorney General in our state and in Nevada and from Consumer Protection in both states.
