Who in the hell is Palisades Collection. I have look them up online and found nothing but complaints on them. I called them to see how I can settle a debt. They won't take a settlement and they told me it would take 90 days to hear from ATT Wireless. Or they will take $59 off my debt and once it is paid then they will remove it from my credit report. I tried calling them again because I had a question and I was on hold for 3.5 hours. Who in the hell are these people. I talked to a lady by the name of Michelle and she said call back and ask for extenstion 134, but nobody won't answer now. What do I do?

Are you trying to make payment arrangements with them? Did you make them verify the debt first?
