Hello has andybody dealt with this company before?Tehy are starting to harass me @ my work, threatning a to garnish my paycheck. This is in New MExico. Thanks

I don't know anything much about them....I do have a payday loan with them that they will be "unable" to collect this Friday. I have closed my account and will be faxing (and then sending certified) letters to each company asking them to work with me. I wonder....I have had several with them and my original was online. Since then, they mail me these letters saying I am "preapproved" for a new loan...due to my excellent handling of my account (lol). Of course, I signed a letter (NOT a CONTRACT) and faxed it back in to them. When I realized that this had to stop....I called and asked for a copy of my contract-she said I don't have one. Did you do this as well or was this your first time with them? Does anyone know-can they collect without a contract? I intend to pay them....just not sure when, how or how much at this point...still trying to find a debt consolidation agency that will work with NC and payday loans. Thanks and good luck to you!

I had to tell you all: I sent via fax a letter to all of my payday lenders (will follow up with certified mail) stating simply that my checking account has been closed and that I am in the process of working out a plan either with CCCS or on my own to repay payday loans I owe. I stated that I had gotten in a debt situation that I could not repay as agreed and that I was attempting to avoid bankruptcy. Said I would be in contact with a proposal of some type. Also said NOT to call me at work, provided my home number and email. The ONLY one of 6 lenders to call me on this was XPRESS CASH...I received a call from a man named William on my way home from work and he said that they had recieved my fax and would be glad to work with me. I was stunned...I was all prepared with an attitude and then, he just didn't have one. I wish I thought the other 5 would be so easy to deal with. gosunsplease: I just wondered...could you perhaps call and ask to speak to William in collections? It might not help but it probably couldn't hurt. He actually sounded like a reasonable adult....now, I may eat those words....but right now, I would give it a shot!

It has been a complete nightmare dealing with this company, they go by many different aliases and will use the different aliases to deduct money from your account. If you put a stop payment they continue deducting just using a different name. They have over drawn my account by $780.00 every 2 weeks (not a joke) and my loan with them was only $400.00 These people are horrible and I have a meeting with my bank today to take legal action!!! Do not use this company!!!

I haven't heard from this company and the other day i received a statement from my bank stating my account was overdrawn $31.00 because a check in the amount of $390 was returned.i called the bank and they gave me xpress cash as the company and a long distance number beginning with area code 816.this is a new account and new bank.i never authorized thsi payment and legal action will be taken because it's against the law to go and withdraw from anybody's account without permission.i do agree i borrowed from them but i feel on hard times and it's been difficult.i'm willing to repay but on a payment plan.this matter will get taken care of

Try putting a block on this company with your bank, the bank will charge a fee though. This is what these pdl companies do, when they can't debt they will present a paper check. I am sorry this happened to you. How many times was this loan rolled over and what state are you in? It could be that you have already paid them back.

I am currently having the same issue with this company. I contacted a lawyer today. We think they have also "stolen my identity" (and broken some fair debt collection acts) to get my bank and email information...ILLEGAL.
