Hello All, I have heard alot of good things about T & C which is the reason why I decided to use them. Its so hard to talk to them during my work day because the hold times are sometimes too long - so maybe you all can help me with these general questions -

1. I sent in the first retainer to T & C and because I added a few creditors - the payment amount changed - when is the first payment due?

2. Will I get something in the mail with more details?

3. Will I receive a monthly statement?

4. How will I know if all of my creditors accepts the proposals?

5. What do I do if they don't accept the proposal?

I sent in my retainer fee to them on a wednesday through quick collect and my account was opened with them on friday. my first payment was due the following friday. Im on the weekly payment plan right now, they said its fine as long as they get the payment by monday or tuesday.

I think everyone is set up different with T & C depending on your needs. They will work with you. I sent my retainer fee on March 9th, and then I started making my payments on my following payday, March 23rd. I am paying every two weeks.

You should receive a statement periodically, but seeing as I just signed up I am not sure.

The best way to find out if your creditors have accepted is to ask T & C. I know it is hard to stay on hold that long, but they are very helpful.

If they dont accept the original proposal they may have a counter offer. One of mine did, but I instructed T & C to send them the original amount, because that is all I could afford. I think as long as they are getting something they will be happy.

Sorry I couldn't answer all of your questions. Good luck!

Heather
