I received several calls from Interstate Wire Compliance Bureau. Now keep in mind that I had 4 companies unauthorized taking money out of my checking account every two weeks to the tune of 349.00. First I called my bank and had this stopped immediately then I called the police. Since I have been in contact with the FTC and AG office of both my state and the state of Florida.

I called the toll free number to Interstate Wire Compliance Bureau and stated that for legal purposes I needed their address. They wanted my name and I refused. Now, when I received the address in Wyoming I informed them that the number on the Caller ID was from Jacksonville Florida and not Cheyenne Wyoming and I would prefer to have their Jacksonville address. They inquired as to who this information was for and I addressed their answers as " for legal purposes and action to be taken on behalf of (then I gave them my name). I was hung up on and Now, low and behold, I do not get any more calls.


You would think that they would realize that it was me calling them when I mentioned the caller id. I was just chuckling under my breath when I realized they were the ones intimidated,. It sure pays to have a connection with this site to understand your rights and how to deal with the companies that infringe on your rights.
