Judgment hurts your credit. Sometimes consumers find it useful to get it off of credit reporting by negotiating with judgment creditor.

BTW, I was just going through few articles on the net. It was states there a dismissed judgment is better than a paid judgment. So some consumers like to negotiate with creditors to report it as dismissed judgment. Obviously it requires a lump sum money to be paid.
