Is there a way or how do you write one of these type of letters to a payday loan co that is already taking you to court(see other post)Thanks


You are dealing with the original creditor, right? debt validation is not applicable for original creditor. They can easily ignore your request for validation.

I think it is late to send a validation to them. Also it seems that they are not interested in payment arrangement. I would suggest you to keep all the records and stubs of the MO that you sent. You can show in court that you tried to pay them but they did not work with you. As per the debt amount is concerned, they have to prove it in front of the judge, so do not worry about it. Consult a lawyer at your earliest.
