who helps people with a credit score of 500?

First, welcome to the forum, have you received validation of debt from the credit company(ies)? Try calling T&C for help- you will find their info on stringers posted in this forum. There are a lot of people that swear by them.

Your best bet is to talk to the people here about consolidation. At a credit score of around 500--if you do find someone that will give you one, the interest rate will be sky high. As I have said before, its never good to get a loan to pay off a loan. Its a never ending cycle thats hard to break away from. talk to the people here and see what they can do for you. shirley

Yea, once your consolidator start paying your creditor, the score will gradually go up. Also it will be reported as paid at the end of the program. Paid accounts are good for your credit.

I'm in a way of knowing that if you own your home, some banks will refinance the homes of people with credit scores between 480-680. This was taught to me in a small seminar led by none of the than my former office manager at PRS.
