Anbody heard of this number

Received a call on our machine from 800-430-4740 x577 about a bad check she was nasty leaving a message that he would be arrested. The only thing I can figure is it is from a payday loan the only one my husband has out there is 1 click cash I closed the account and opened a new one after he got terminally ill and I have already paid them over what I owe and they added more charges does anybody recognize this number I may have wrote the last 4 digits wrong.


I most have wrote the number down wrong she left a reference number she was so nasty on the phone threatening to have my husband arrested and we have no bad checks that she called it. It must be that payday loan.

That sounds like a new Ted Ellis Crosby tactic. Here is some advice. Tell them you are collecting information for your attorney. Ask for their address (if they are still on the phone at this time) and inform them your attorney will contact them.
No collection agency has the right to have anyone arrested.
