Had bankruptcy in 4/04

Can I still get out of debt even if I had a discharged bankruptcy in 4/04. I want to get back in controll of my finances. This is to stressfull.
you can always get out of debt. you simply have to make the comm
you can always get out of debt. you simply have to make the commitment to do it. anything included i the bankruptcy was discharged in 2004 and you are no longer legally obligated to pay those debts. This on the Authority of the US Government.
