these folks are unreal. I was so worried about them and the all the hassles they've given me. well, today i got an e-mail from them. the subject line said " A quickpayday discount!" the e-mail told me that in order to help me out they were willing to give me a discount of $100 and would not report me to the credit bureaus. Also, some accounts qualify for an even bigger discount. It sounds like I have to pay in full to take advantage of the discount. If I have to I will, I can't pass this up, but do you think I can coerce them into letting me make payments on the reduced amount?

Thanks guys.. I figured out the fees I paid while I had the loan and the payments I have made on it since it's been in default, and I have paid the entire amount of the original loan plus $80. They are not licensed here, so I sent them a reply strongly suggesting that they consider the loan paid off in full. This would be a dream come true! Keep your fingers crossed for me, I'm sure I'll have my answer very soon.
