Wow...told them I wouldn't be able to pay them this week, that my account was frozen and that I would pay the whole amount by money order or western union on the 20th of this month.
The nice broken-english speaking gentlemen informed me that they will not accept money orders or western union and that they will still attempt to debit my account (now frozen)to let it get returned so that it goes directly to their collection agency and they will accept the western union payment.
I asked what the collection agency's name was, and lo and behold it's called "Cash today limited collections department".
He refused to allow me to speak with them directly to make arrangements and thoughfully (a little sarcasm here) will make a note on my account.

Guess it's their way of getting more fees and charges from me.
Now, onto the next phone call.....I need a drink!

Call This number right away 1-800-869-0607. Do you have more than $500 in bills? They can help.

Well, I won't bother to call them then. They will probably send it right to collections anyhow. I will be paying them off first and foremost on the 20th!

They probably think I'm lying and want to try to get money out of my account.

BTW, I defaulted on cash supply last friday and they sent me a half way intelligent email. I emailed them back and told them I will be consolidating this week and they should expect a phone call to make alternative arrangements.

What state do you live in?

Seriously one time I was talking to a man who I absolutely could not understand. I asked to speak with someone else, in a very polite way, who spoke clearer english. He kept pretending to be someone else at least 3 times. I started laughing and cussed him out!

30% is still too much!
Oh well, finally spoke with someone from Platinum B. I was referred to the Supervisor and left a message for him.
Funny, my phone just rang back with their caller ID and a different number, but they hung up on me when I answered.....
I'll wait for awhile to see if they call back.

Got a phone call today from them offering to rollover my loan to next week. now I owe them $358. but i knew that was going to happen. They offered me to pay off the loan today for $200. The original loan amount and I informed them that i have consolidated with T&C. I also informed them that I have paid three times the loan amount plus and that I was going to pay them on my terms, not theirs. i will be calling t&c to have them call today and make arragements. i will be sending them letters today revoking auth to deduct from any and all accounts and a cease and desist letter as well. I am not sure, but NJ does not permit loans higher than 30% interest, and I know one payday loan company is not allowed to do business here too. The guy on the phone with his broken english informed me that they are following UK law and I informed him that in order to do business, you must follow laws here. He said no, he does not. What a liar.

I could cope with the UK laws, because they aren't too much different than ours.

But Cash Today doesn't follow those laws either!!!!

Let's see now, They have called three times in the last 2 hours. Another guy called and said I complained and I informed him that I consolidated, to not call me at work, and I hung up the phone. This could be a long day today.

Is Cash Today Limited associated with the following phone# 353-208-492-2780? I don't get how I get a phone number THAT long on my caller ID but I got a call from this number last night at around 9pm Pacific Standard Time (9:30am India time).

I did default on Cashtoday LTD maybe that's why they are working with me in doing payments - two more payments and done with Cashtoday I had to pdls discharge me zero balance. I think they tried to hit my account again which I had the bank put a freeze on it and it worked. So I guess these two pdls decided to discharge my loan thank goodness. Wish the rest of them would do that!! :)

My checking account is veryyyy frozen at this time too. How are you paying these guys, with money orders or western union?
Who did you talk to over there to set up payment arrangements?
I have to do the same thing since I've recently defaulted on them last week, and they told me to wait til it's in collections. But I'd sure like to talk with someone to set up payment.
Pm if you want, but I'm sure others here would love that information.
Thanks in adavance.
