I am so done with my credit union! This afternoon they allowed a debit of $485 from payday max to go through my account---which leaves me a grand total of $92 in my account. Not to mention my $200 power bill that will come out tommorow! I had to run to the bank 15 minutes before they closed and fill out a penalty of perjury form. Now I don't know how long it will be before they put my money back in. I am just frustrated. If it wasn't for the kinds words and great advice I get here at this forum, I think I would lose my mind. I also sent my payment to T&C on Friday and they are still saying that it hasn't posted to my account yet so they haven't sent out payments to anyone. To top it off, I had to make arrangements with cashnet500 outside of my T&C arrangement because they said they don't work with consolidators (although the arrangements they made with me were very affordable and they were extremely nice). So, even though I am off to the right start, I remain financially frustrated. I am so tired of being broke!

Yes. Luckily I am working with one person at my credit union and she calls the corporate office for me to get things done quickly. She has requested that they don't let anything go through the account to incur nsf charges. This is just really frustrating. I wish that I'd found this forum about 2 months ago when I wasn't so behind on everything. Now that the payday loans are getting squared away, I have to face past due mortgage payments, utilities, and other things I got behind on while paying finance charges on payday loans. The bad thing about this is that only the passage of time is going to make the situation better. I just get so frustrated because I want to fix everything I messed up right now and I can't.
