Can judgements be entered into a debt management program before garnishments have started?

Jen,

I would suggest you asking the question to the counselor. Enter your contact details in the sign up form and wait for the counselor to call you up. It is free.

Usually, if your accounts are under judgment, consolidation companies do not handle them. But I think you are asking something else. Correct me if I am wrong, the judgment has been issued already and you are looking forward to consolidate it, right? This is a typical case I have never encountered. Please discuss this with the counselor and inform us how it goes on.

Several friends of mine have previously had CCCS ~ OK 'judgement consolidation' into their payment schedules. I wanted to do this, but at the time, they wanted to charge WAY too much for it all. They wanted ALL bills immediately, and I could only afford to do SOME of them at a time!

Is it possible to consolidate judgement debts, in order to avoid bankrupcy and clean up your credit report? the judgements have to do with child support, a past due credit card, a repossed vehicle, and various other unknown bills, etc. is it possible to rool them into one payment in order to pay them off but not at crazy high payments?
