Yes I have a personal loan with them. I put them on with T&C and after battleing with one of the representative she told me they will only do debt management if I pay the $400 that I owe in back payments. Then I talked to the manager and he siad if he would get a payment then they would go with T&C. T&C sent a payment to the local AM General Branch there in Birgmingham and the payment was credited to my account, otherwise AM General was going to send my account to collection. T&C is paying them the same amount of $ I was paying. GLad to get them off my back!! They were calling me at home and at work. Talk to the manager of your branch and talk to T&C to see if they will work together.
