Defaulted with ICS adn Cash Today Ltd--but no phone calls???

Well, I defaulted today on them, and I have not heard a peep yet. I signed up today with T & C and will send them their retainer fee on the way home from work. They have made our weekly payments manageable and we will probably be able to send them more than that every week. YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Are you under consolidation program iloveteaching? Perhaps your counselor has informed them and they have accepted your payment plan.

ICS takes awhile. When they do start calling, they're pretty vague. My guess is a man named Jack will leave garbled messages on your answering machine. If I remember correctly, I got 2 or 3 of those polite "of course, it could be an administrative error" messages from ICS before they ever called. Don't be nervous. Sometimes I feel like I got lucky with ICS, but hey, I paid them $89 every 2 weeks for 6 months, even they probably agree they got their money back.

yeah...i second that...every two weeks or so they call my cell ( i can tell from caller ID) but no message or anything....I paid them every two weeks for 6 MONTHS!!!!!!

rkai93, which company are you dealing with? Have you talked to them and explained your situation? How did they respond?

stella, I am unlclear as to your question: i took out a 300.00 loan with Cash today Ltd in July....up until january - the were taking out the "interest rate" of 90.00 every two weeks for 6 months

then - they got quiet.....I have paid them their loan back and then some
