Hello to all,

I am a newbie here. I will make this short and explain my situation first.

I filed for BK (CH7) back in 2004, about 2 years ago. I currently am in over my head as a resuly of loosing my longtime job earlier in the year and then being out for longer than I expected. I am back to being gainfully employed, but am in DEEP over my head, several months behind. One bill is credit card approx. $5K, two more credit cards, one for $600 and another for about $1k. Also, a bill from a computer mfg for about $2500. That is it.

Can I do a debt condolidation?

Thank you!

DAL

IMO, you should take the control over your debts, don't let it go beyond your scope. Consolidate them as soon as you can. Fill out the short no obligation form with this site. Once you submit the form, you are ready to get free counseling from a renowned debt consolidation company.

The counselor will analyze your financial ability and then offer you a suitable payment plan so that you can easily come up with the money. You will be paying one monthly installments for all your unsecured debts and the fund will be distributed among all your creditors accordingly.

Once the accounts are paid, your credit report will be updated in your favor and you will achieve a good credit too. Do let us know if you need any more information.

Personally, I did not have bankruptcy in past. However, I would suggest you to avail the counseling and ask the question to the counselor. Since the counselor belongs to the industry, he/she can explain your options better.

Just click on the Register today link below your post and it will take you to the sign up form. Don't forget to visit us back. All the best.

I would, but I have enough problems with people calling me now. I don't need more, this is just asking for trouble if you ask me.. Sorry.

I am approximately $27k in credit card debt and have a hefty mortgage payment due to my husband up and leaving. Can I consolidate the $27k but not with a home equity loan?

Hi Leslye

Welcome to the forums.

You can consolidate your credit card debts into one monthly payment and lower interest rates. You will pay to the consolidation company and they will pay to your multiple creditors each month.

In this consolidation program, most of the financial charges and the late payment fees will also be waived off. One of the consultants here will call back to you for a free counseling and discuss more about your accounts. You can register yourself in this site for a free discussion before choosing your final decision.

Regards
Roxette
