i have also been with MMG/RSK MNGMNT since 2001 and to date they have NOT paid off most of my accounts. They continue to withdraw money from my bank account every month but I have nothing to show for it. creditors continue to call me non stop through out this whole time with them but when i try to contact their cust serv nobody ever answers, calls back or answers emails. They have close to $10,000.00 of my money now and I can't get any resolution. I want to take legal action but don't know where to turn. I am afraid to cancell the whole program with these people because i am afraid of loosing all the money they have taken from me already! Anybody out there have any suggestions??

et your documentation together and see an attorney. IF you have been in their "program" for two years and $10,000.00, and nothing has been done, get out, nothing is going to change. Several community member has had great satisfaction with T&C. Give them a call and see what they can do your you... But stop giving this other company your money, they obviously have no intention of doing anything. Terminating your association will actually help you get your money back down the road, staying there and continuing to give them money could do more harm than good.

I have sent this company 3 letters total - all by certified mail. The first 2 went to their post office box but only the first was signed for - the other is still sitting there. The 3rd was sent to their physical address and was signed for. It has been over a month since the first letter was signed for yet they continue to call from a number that when called back just rings. Finally one of them left a call back number and clear as a bell he said his name and where he worked. There have been a total of 36 calls counting today's from this company since they signed for the first letter. They have not validated the claim (which I deny) and just continue the phone harrassment. Should I file a complaint with the FTC and if so how do I go about getting the proper documentation from the phone company that proves they are continuing to make these calls despite notice to cease?
