Hello forum,

I am in need of some assistance finding out what and where this company is all about. I signed up for a loan with Zenque funding through the website www(dot)Moneybynow(dot)com and found that their contact us portion leads me to nowhere. They give a phone number, an address that only has the company name, state, and zip code, and an e-mail that doesn't work because when I send it, I get an automated message saying it doesn't exist. They have been sending me e-mails requesting that I pay for the loan but I can't e-mail them back at 2 different e-mail addresses I found. I don't really want to call the number because of all the horror stories that all of you have already shared. Is there any way of finding their contact info (for real) and hopefully an e-mail that they will receive? I know they are overcharging me for this debt and it's one of those companies that has that 'rollover fee' structure where they will charge me a finance fee of $145 every paycheck on top of the principle owed.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

First thing to do is to give your bank a letter stating that they are not to honor any purportedly preauthorized electronic funds transfers without a piece of paper from you with your original signature on it.

As to that "company name" you found. Does it contain any words that lead you to think it's a company name, i.e., inc., ltd., co., company, llc, etc? If not, it's not a company name.

Check your state licensing statutes (probably with banking laws in the code) and see whether they're required to be licensed, and how much they're allowed to charge for the loan.

Check the email you got from them, look at "properties", "source", "details", and copy all of the information including the headers, and paste it into a text file for future use.

Hello Virginia-Legal,

You are very wise and know a lot about this 'stuff'. I'm impressed to read all your responses and all have been very useful/beneficial to me :)

I checked out this Zenque funding company and well, I typed in google 'Zenque funding' and NO results. So I go to the Moneybynow website and find that they are listed in the contact us section as 'Zenque funding' with no inc, ltd, co, company, etc. Does this mean that they are not a legit company?

Where do I go to find my State licensing statutes? I'm not good at reading laws and statutues so any assistance would be much appreciated. I know in Washington State, for the first $500, the companies are only allowed to charge $15/$100 or 15%...and this Moneybynow aka Zenque funding place charges $25 per every $100.

Thanks!

Received a phone call from moneybynow, last week. When I ventured to call back, they were saying I still owed$200,after I paid them $250 in 5 payments of $50 each!!!I was told on the phone that my loan amount would be $200 plus $50,which is high for a payday loan, left the $250 in my checking account for them to take out the total, found out they were only taking out $50 a month.I live on a fixed income, and had to borrow the money because of another crooked out fit,Household Bank, charging me an over the limit fee, plus a higher annual fee!Crooks everywhere, targeting the weak, they surmise!!I don't even receive the $1000 a month they specify you should be receiving,so they can whistle for their money!I got their email from something called Christian Lending, which is a laugh.Patricia,Rooked In Virginia.

Hi, everybody. I have some good news for those people that are trying to find an address for moneybynow/Zenque. It is.....

Money By Now
4802 East Ray Road
Phoenix, AZ 85044

This is a LEGITIMATE address because my lawyer in CH 13 proceedings contacted all of my creditors, including online paydays, for correct physical addresses. I found out this is the best route to get them off your back instead of going thru T & C. I know it looks bad, but the good thing is that I will be debt free in five years and they can't hassle me about anything!!!

A year ago,I needed money to pay a crooked credit card payment..charged me over the limit fee for a tranaction I didn't authorize to begin with.I got online..found an url for a loan I thought..under the heading Christian Cash Loan..borrowed $200..found out the day the advance(?) was approved by telephone, that I'd have to pay back $200 plus $50 the next month.I left the $250 in my account..cut corners..noticed they kept just withdrawing $50 out of my account each month.I had no contact email,or telephone number..noticed instead of Christian Cash, the company was moneybynow, zenque.Have proof they deducted $250 out of my account in 5 months..they kept making $50 withdrawals.I closed the checking account where they had my routing number..FINALLY THEY CALLED ME..SAYING THE $50 PAYMENTS WERE ONLY INTEREST because THEY DIDN'T FULL AMOUNT $250 PAID..AND THAT I STILL OWED $312!!!!A $200 loan cost me $362 additionally. I filed bankruptcy..they were included in my debtors..somehow weren't paid..and found out today..as I tried to get a $100 cash advance locally, that the outfit, money by now-zenque..has the $300 or so as AN UNPAID LOAN!!I was denied an advance.I can't think how much slimier a business can be as that. Why didn't they take their lousy $250 out of my checking account the next month,as I left it in the account for them..and had no contact info at the time. When I found an url that led me to their hangout..my emails weren't acknowledged! How can a country allow people like that to claim they are a legitimate business??The end of times may come soon..hope it does.Patricia In Virginia.
