Anyone have any luck having premier processing work with T&C. If so let me know what methods you used. I am having trouble with them. Also what is the address you guys use when sending payments out to them, or the address T&C sends the payments to?

they are refusing T&C sending checks out to them. T&C said they need an address so they can try and send a check out to them and if they cash it then they have a verbal agreement. SO i should have T&C try and send a payment to this address?

Have you personally talked to Premier Processing? What was their reaction? Do you know if they will accept a higher amount? Also check if they are licensed to lend money in your state or not.
