I recently spoke to someone about consolidating my doctor bills. I agreed verbally with a payment plan, did not sign contract, and lost my job April 5, 2006. You have already deducted $25.00 from my checking account without contract signed. Is there anyway the money can be returned to the account since i don't even have the funds to cover this until i start working again? thank you Donna Newlon

I think as you agreed verbally to their payment plan, they took it as your consent. You should inquire how to cancel the contract. Keep us posted.
