I am just starting out paying off my payday loans and Sonicpayday is giving me the worst time. They keep calling me but they don't want to accept a partial payment. They don't want to deal with T&C and they think I am going to fall for their threats that they are going to garnish my wages. I need to hear from those of you who have dealt with these vultures and find out what you did to get them paid off and out of your life!

First off send them a wage revocation letter by email, fax, and cmrrr and give a copy of the revocation to your employer with proof you sent the letter to Sonic. Sonic will accept payments from T&C. They accepted mine and many others here in the community. I filed complaints against them with our state AG and consumer protection. Then filed complaints against them in Delaware and Pennsylvania with the AG and consumer protection, BBB and the FTC. Do not fall for their threats, that is all it is just a threat.

Tammy,
Thanks. I already did everything except sending the letter to my payroll department. In fact, I have done so with all of my payday lenders. I am going to have to take the time to file complaints against them with Florida AG. I know that they cannot back up their threats. That is why next time they call, I am going to tell them that I will only accept communication from them via mail OR T&C.

Tammy, they are definitely cracking down on all lenders, both online and storefront. The top capped interest rate is 60% annually. I live in Canada, and I am watching three lawsuits as I write.
