I have a pdl with this place that i have to pay off every payday I do this and then I turn around and reloan so I can pay the rest of my bills my question is can I stop payment on this pdl so i can put them into consolidation any help is greatly appreciated. I am so tired of the never ending cycle

If this is the only loan you have out, you may just have to tighten down and have a hardship till next payday.

The reason these loans are available, are suppose to be for extreme emergencies, and to be repaid back the following payday. Reloaning only makes the process longer. Defaulting on the loan will make the loan amount even larger, due to added NSF fees.

Not to mention, if you are wanting to consolidate on just this loan, you'll have their fees added as well.

Anncraf2002, I live in here in Canada and trust me once you start sending partial payment, they have to accept it, it's the law. I would send a C&D letter tomorrow but send it to this address, make sure it is certified.

I have been struggling with cashtransfercenters also. They tried the wage assignment thing and thanks to this site I realized that they did not abide by any of the rules. I could not get them to give me their address. Thanks to your site, I now have it. I did the wage revoke letter and have heard nothing since. I think that they will probably try to sue me and garnish my wages. I am wondering has anybody ever been sued by this company? Also, I have a new bank account and I am afraid that they will try to deduct from my new account. Can they do this? I do not trust them whatsoever.

I worry daily about them suing me. Just of curiosity - how do you know they will not do that? Are they not licensed in Colorado? I was not sure how to find this info out.

Like I said in my earlier post, they are Sonic. They are in trouble in Canada and all they issue is empty threats and harass. Many of us here have dealt with these crooks and filed several complaints against them with the proper people. They are not licensed anywhere. One of their employees stated that during an online chat.

I have not had any problems with CTC up to know, I had a very terrible experience with a representative named Reg Turner. I want to resolve our problem but he kept harrasing me that I just blew up and hung up on him. I understand we are people that need help but with people like Reg Turner does not help out at all. I tried to explain to him what happened but he does not have a heart my mom just passed away I had not work work almost 3 weeks, but he did not care. I need to speak to someone else not Reg Turner.

I have a PDL from Cash Transfer Center, I have paid half of the loan and only owe 346.00 I said that I would send the remainder on May 9 however, I was unable to do so because of a emergency. Today, a rep by the name of Lesa Burton called and begin to harass the place of my employment demaning to speak with the company's president, which of course she wasn't allowed. She said that the telephone call was being recored and she was tracking the company. She harassed the receptionist, co-worker. Her call was initial to verify that I was employed, when asked her name or company she refused to give it. Finally, she gave her name but not the company name. She was told that my ssn couldn't be given over the phone and any information she needed should be in writing. I admit I do owe and will pay as soon as I can. What should I do about the job harassment. Thank you

Hi Shirley, I am sorry that you are going through hard times. Many of us here, including me, have been treated this same way by this company. First off, what state do you live in? How much did you borrow from them? Please let us know and we will do our best to steer you in the right direction. You have taken the first step by coming here. This company's first step is to "verify" your employment which it sounds like they tried to do. I am glad your co-worker wouldn't give them any information.

I live in Detroit Michigan and I borrowed 500.00 which came to $889.00 I owe $346.50. I still can't pay them. Today, I received an email from Lesa Burton that was sent to the vice president of the company and cc to me. Asking him to verify all my information. When I asked my VP did he receive it he stated no. So it was just sent to me. I had promised to pay on 5/23 but I won't be able to. What is my next course. I must admit I have gotten my self into deep trouble with PDL and I don't see any way out. Thanks for any assistance I can get from you.

I just had a 'chat' with one of the online personel from CTC. Here is how it played out - (i was incorrect when I told him I thought they were in Nevada, meant Canada, brain fart..)
