beeing sued
Date: Wed, 04/19/2006 - 06:48
I am about 8 months late on payments for couple credit cards, my total debt is more than $20K. My creditors do not know where I leave and work right now. But can I still be sued by them and lose a lawsuit if they are unable to find me? How can I find out if they sued me or send me summons to my old adress?
