T&C ?

Hello again everyone!! I keep reading everyone on here talking about T&C....debt consolidation, right? Everyone has bosted about how awesome this company is to deal with. Are they only working in certain areas or can any get in touch with them? I have been in contact and have even had a few appointments with some companies in my area, and they all charge me an arm and a leg to get the ball rolling. I am trying to get out of debt, not get further in. I definitely want to get all of this together and on the right path to being resolved, but I just don't know which companies are the best and most friendly and helpful to deal with. If anyone out there has any advice or suggestions, I will be forever in debted!! Thank you in advance.
