Hello all. Sorry for the absence on the forum lately, but I have been taking advantage of this nice weather we are having where I live.

Anyway, I opted out with Coleman Law Offices in Florida. It just didn't seem right to me. I just felt uncomfortable working with them. My counselor had trouble getting in contact with me. So, I have been doing a little bit more research on the net. I do online banking, and everyday there are links for the bank's members to check out, and one of them happened to be a Financial Fitness Program. I checked it out and it took me to . They are based out of San Francisco, CA and do counseling over the phone and are very friendly. I talked to a guy today who explained the program, and it's pretty much the same as the rest, but the nice thing is, he listened to what my problems with debt. I told him about how one of my creditors lowered my interest rate to 3.99% for six months. Usually some of these people don't care and they want to sign you up ASAP into their program. This person I talked to told me to call back at the end of summer right after the 3.99% promo period came to an end.

So, for those of you looking for a financial fitness program, check out Balancepro I am more comfortable working with this company, especially if they are partnered with my bank. Just thought I would share this little tid bit with you all.

Also, this summer, I may come into some extra cash to pay down or completely pay off some of my smaller credit cards and store charge cards.

I know awhile back I explained a situation about re-financing my car loan to get it into my name. Well, I called the bank and tried to see if it would go through. Well, it is not going to happen. I don't make enough money in the year. My debt wasn't a factor because my payment history is preety good. So, I avoided the situation of the parents finding out about my debt, for now. :)

Well, thats all for now.
