If you are a resident of NC, they can't help you, and I'm not sure what other states T&C may not be licensed in. There maybe someone else here that has more info on that part.

I forgot to add, I know at least one other member here is or has worked with Hess-Kennedy, and were very pleased with the company. Hopefully someone will come along soon that can give you more information for them.

Register with this site, they are very good. T&C could not help me out. I contacted T&C first, waited long. This site referred me to a good company. They are very quick and responsive. The counseling is free here. Consultant is an expert in the field.
