They were going to have me arrested and taken from my job....biy was i stupid...i paid..they said i could get a refund if i showed identity theft i did but how do you get them to do any thing or even return calls..

You can't be arrested for not paying the debt. Ask the company to send you the details of the debt in writing. If they cannot send you any information, you can take the help of your attorney and file a case against them.
