Yes,we as a community called StandUpWhatsRight want to share that PayDayLoans on-line are into Pyramid Scamming.
Please NEVER apply on-line for PayDayLoans. What happens is when you borrow a small loan like $300, you can make arrangements and pay each payday for the balance to come down. However, keep in mind, when you are getting close to paying it off, their other affiliate PayDayLoan Partner with another name will actually "buy your account", or take your account and the nightmare begins. They will call you and say you owe them $300 or more having no record that you had payments from the previous PayDayLoan they are/were partners with.
An example is GenevaRothVentures, who give no fax number, or physical address and willnot provide a copy of their Business License to even operate. They closed, transfer many accounts to their partners, they reopened and presently threatening past clients that "already and truthfully" Paid off their small loans along with the illegal extension fee that go with it!
They are being investiaged at this point and have been reported the the Federal Authorities and the Federal Trade Commission and BBBureau working 24/7 with other Federal agencies.
