Consolidation company sent letters to the PDL companies

Don't be scared and confused. You can either talk to them or not. It will take a little while to get them to stop calling you. You can call T&C and have them call the pdl companies and then they may stop calling you. Hang in there, it will get better, we've all been there. :)

What happens if the payday loan companies don't except the consolidation with t&c?

Even if they say they don't accept it most of them will. We only had 1 of many that would not work with T&C and I really think if we would have pushed harder they would have.

Cmhumiston, The payday loan companies stop calling after they have received a couple of payments from you through the consolidation company. In other words, they will call you for the first two months before they get sure of receiving regular payments from you.

It is also necessary for you to be sure that T&C is making regular payments to them. Insist on monthly statements so that you are updated about the accounts.

At first I did not want to answer the phone either but as they kept calling I finally answered. I just told each one that called me that I was working with T&C and that I could give them the phone number if they wanted to talk with them. I also told them that all communication was supposed to go through T&C. I am still getting call but right now it is just PDL companies saying they havn't gotten proposal yet. I emailed T&C and am sure they are taking care of it.
Trust that T&C is handling things for you. Don't be afraid to p/u the phone. If you do talk with them be firm on the fact that you are working with T&C. It will be ok.

well i haven't heard anything from t&c yet so i don't know if any of them have decided to go for the consolidation. the 2 companies that keep calling me are advance america and advance til payday.

Advance America will work with T&C, we have them in our program. Call T&C and check where they are on progress with your account. They really are helpful. Stick with it!!
