I'm in over my head on a payday loan. I had to roll it over already 3 times and used the roll over to pay the debt due to having some medical problems. Now with my other bills I can't afford the interest every two weeks. Any ideas what to do? If I stop paying them, how hard will they attack?

Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you

Hi overboard,

Ignoring the payday loan lenders won't be a good decision. They will keep adding the interest charges and since you have taken the loan, they might take legal actions against you.

Your best move will be to call them and explain your financial problems. Offer them a realistic payment plan that you can afford. Once the payment arrangement is made, stick to the plan. Keep sending the payments regularly. If you do this, some companies wipe off the financial charges from the total amount. So, you might have a luck doing this.

Hi, I just went down there to tell them my dilemmas. They said they usually work with the person and I would need to stop payment on my check, because they will try and deposit it. They are very friendly staff, probably figure that they aren't paid enough to be rude.

Thank you.
